FAQ

Straight answers before the sales call.

A few questions that matter when evaluating the fit, delivery model and claims behind a technology services provider.

What does INFINIZY IT do?

We provide software development and engineering, Microsoft 365 and Azure services, cloud/DevOps/platform engineering, managed IT and cloud operations, AI/data/automation, and cybersecurity/resilience services.

Do you work globally?

Yes. The website and service model are global. Commercial and delivery fit is evaluated per engagement, including time zone, onsite needs, data location, regulatory requirements and support windows.

Are you a Microsoft Solutions Partner?

We do not currently claim Microsoft Solutions Partner status on this website. Microsoft-related work is scoped around verified delivery capability, and any partner designation or certification will only be displayed if it is current, attributable and applicable.

Do you provide 24×7 managed IT or security operations?

Only when an engagement explicitly includes verified 24×7 delivery capability and the applicable SLA. We do not imply round-the-clock coverage as a generic website promise.

Can you provide dedicated developers or engineering teams?

Yes, where the requirement is suitable. Dedicated capacity works best when the customer has an evolving backlog and wants sustained access to defined engineering roles, while governance and commercial coordination remain clear.

Can we start with a small engagement?

Yes. Assessments and focused discovery sprints are designed to reduce uncertainty before a larger implementation or managed-service commitment.

How do you handle subcontractors or specialist delivery resources?

INFINIZY IT may use specialist delivery resources as appropriate to the engagement. Contractual, confidentiality, security, IP and responsibility requirements are addressed in the relevant customer and delivery agreements.

What industries do you serve?

Our initial focus is on growing and mid-market B2B organizations across technology/SaaS, professional services, manufacturing, logistics, retail/e-commerce, construction/engineering and similar operating environments.

How are pricing and proposals structured?

Pricing depends on scope and delivery model. Assessments, fixed-scope projects, dedicated capacity and managed services have different economics. We normally price after enough discovery exists to understand the requirement, dependencies and ownership.
